Whether you want to lose weight for a big party, tone up for the summer season, train for a marathon, gain strength and body control, increase your flexibility, or simply make exercise a joyful and regular part of your life, this package will get you there! After an introductory consultation I create a customized workout plan based around your preferences, ambitions and current fitness ability. Our workouts will evolve as you evolve and as I get to know you and your body better. We will discuss nutrition, come up with a weekly workout schedule, and make sure that every session is challenging, educational, and seriously fun!
Whether it's your best friend, your co-worker, your spouse, or even your mother, it is always inspiring to train with a partner! 'The Partner Package' has all the fun of a hangout session with all the sweat of a trip to the gym. You will push one another to work hard and stay focused and you'll support one another when the burn gets bad! And the cherry on the cake is that you will both save money in this two person training session. So find a partner, and let's get our workout on!
Do you have a group of friends who all like to sweat it out and challenge themselves with new workouts? Then get them together for the 'Posse Package'! This is the most affordable training option and it is a great way to spend time with and support your fitness focused posse! Whether we head out on a city run adventure with strength bands or bounce from station to station in strenuous strength training circuit, or make our small muscles scream with focused group pilates, these workouts are gaurenteed to be a sweat inducing blast! Different fitness levels welcome; everyone will be challenged to the appropriate level for their ability!
