After an introductory consultation I create a customized workout plan based around your preferences, ambitions and current fitness ability. Our workouts will evolve as you evolve and as I get to know you and your body better. We will discuss nutrition, come up with a weekly workout schedule, and make sure that every session is challenging, educational, and seriously fun!
